The following weekly works forecast has been provided to us by Manchester City Council contractor Galliford Try, who is undertaking the highway alterations around Miller Street, Angel Street and Corporation Street, for your information.

Due to the recent bad weather, Galliford Try has confirmed that night time surfacing works at the junction of Rochdale Road will restart on Monday 8 April. Further information can be seen on the following plan (link).

Switching of Miller Street Traffic onto the North Side of the Carriageway

As detailed in the Weekly Works Forecast, Galliford Try and Manchester City Council confirmed that, on Tuesday 8 January 2013, traffic on Miller Street is being switched from the south side of the carriageway onto the north side of the carriageway to enable works to start on the south side footway.
