Welcome
New Head OfficeManchester has been the home of The Co-operative Group for over 150 years. In recent years we have seen regeneration across the city. As part of our commitment to support the continued growth of Manchester, we are investing over £130m to help regenerate a 20-acre site on the northern edge of the city centre.

We want to help create new job opportunities and develop a vibrant and exciting district where people can work, live, visit and relax with family and friends.

This website provides you with the background to our exciting regeneration plans and opportunities to have your say on a number of key development projects that will help drive through the transformation of the area.
